ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 40ml Red Vermouth
• 10ml Red Wine
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
• Orange wedge decorated with one clove to garnish

METHOD
 

• Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
• Stir quickly to dilute and chill
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish

NON-ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 30ml Martini Vibrante or local market Non-Alcoholic Roso Vermouth alternative
• 20ml Domaine de la Prade Merlot and Shiraz or local market Non-Alcoholic Red Wine alternative 
• 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade 
• Orange Wedge decorated with one clove to garnish
