ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 20ml Manzanilla Sherry
• 20ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 20ml Dry Cider
• 5ml Lemon Juice
• Top with Schweppes Soda. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
• Thin apple slices to garnish

METHOD
 

• Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
• Stir quickly to dilute and chill
• Top with Schweppes Soda Water
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish

NON-ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 20ml Everleaf Forest or local market alternative
• 10ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 50ml Sparkling Apple Juice
• Top with Schweppes Soda
• Thin apple slices to garnish
