ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 30ml Blanco Tequila
• 15ml Apricot Liqueur Note bars can substitute serve with Apricot Brandy if they do not have access to Apricot Liqueur
• 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 5ml Lime Juice
• Top with Schweppes Ginger Ale. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
• Lime wheel to garnish

METHOD
 

• Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
• Stir quickly to dilute and chill
• Top with Schweppes Ginger Ale
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish

NON-ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 30ml Lyre’s Agave Blanco Spirit or local market Non-Alcoholic Blanco Tequila alternative
• 15ml Apricot Syrup (e.g. Monin)
• 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 5ml Lime Juice
• Top with Schweppes Ginger Ale
• Lime wheel to garnish
