ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

  • 20ml Dry Gin (suggested Gordons’ / Bulldog market dependent)
  • 25ml Rhubarb Liqueur. Note if bars do not have Rhubarb Liqueur, 50ml of Rhubarb Gin can be used as an alternative to 20ml Gin and 25ml Rhubarb Liqueur
  • Top with Schweppes Tonic Water. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
  • Lemon wedge to garnish

METHOD
 

  • Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
  • Stir quickly to dilute and chill
  • Top with Schweppes Tonic Water
  • Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
  • Garnish

NON-ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

  • 30ml Everleaf Marine Aperitif or local market alternative 
  • 25ml Rhubarb Syrup
  • Top with Schweppes Tonic Water
  • Lemon wedge to garnish
