ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 30ml Vanilla Vodka (suggested Smirnoff)
• 15ml Coffee Liqueur
• Splash (2.5 ml) of 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• Light Sprinkle of Salt
• Top with Schweppes Tonic Water. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
• Lemon slice to garnish

METHOD
 

• Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
• Stir quickly to dilute and chill
• Top with Schweppes Tonic Water
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish
