ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 25ml Brandy / Spiced Rum
• Splash (1.25ml) of Triple Sec
• 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 5ml Lemon Juice
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
• Lemon slice to garnish

METHOD
 

• Place cubed ice in individual serve jug before adding ingredients
• Stir quickly to dilute and chill
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish

NON-ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 30ml ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit or local market Non-Alcoholic Spiced Rum alternative 
• Splash (2.5ml) Monin Orange Syrup
• 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 5ml Lemon Juice
• Top with Schweppes Lemonade
• Lemon slice to garnish
