ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 35ml Light Blended Whiskey (e.g. Highland Park)
• 15ml Peach Liqueur
• 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 5ml Lemon Juice
• Top with Schweppes Soda Water. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
  
• Lemon spear to garnish

METHOD
 

• Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
• Stir quickly to dilute and chill
• Top with Schweppes Soda Water
• Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
• Garnish

NON-ALCOHOLIC SERVE INGREDIENTS
 

• 30ml Three Spirit, Nightcap
• 10ml Peach Syrup
• 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
• 5ml Lemon Juice
• Top with Schweppes Soda Water
  
• Lemon spear to garnish
