Schweppes Tonic Water

Can Berry?

Ingredients:
Vodka - 45ml
Cranberry Juice - 90ml
Lemon Juice - 5ml
Sugar Syrup - 10ml
Schweppes Tonic Water. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
1x Lemon slice for garnishing

Method:
- Mix vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice in a shaker
- Shake well
- Pour into glass and top up with Schweppes Tonic Water to the brim
- Garnish with lemon slice 

Schweppes Soda Water

iichiko Kyushu Lemon Highball

Ingredients:
iichiko Mugi Shochu - 45ml
Schweppes Soda Water - 120ml 
1x Lemon wedge for garnishing

Method:
- Fill the highball glass with ice cubes
- Pour iichiko Shochu into the glass
- Top with Schweppes Soda Water
- Stir to mix
- Gently squeeze lemon then place in the wedge in drink

iichiko Kyushu Calpis Highball

Ingredients:
iichiko Mugi Shochu - 45ml
Schweppes Soda Water - 120ml
Calpis - 30ml
3x Blueberries for garnishing
Mint leaves for garnishing

Method:
- Fill the highball glass with ice cubes
- Pour iichiko Shochu into the glass
- Pour Calpis into the glass
- Top with Schweppes Soda Water
- Stir to mix
- Garnish with blueberries and mint leaves

TUMUGI Summer Mojito

Ingredients:
TUMUGI Wapirits - 45ml
Schweppes Soda Water - 180ml
6x Mint Leaves
1x Tbs Sugar
5x Half-wedges of Lime  

Method:
- Place mint leaves and lime wedges into the glass
- Crush to release mint oils and lime juice
- Add sugar and muddle again
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Pour in the TUMUGI Wapirits and top the glass with Schweppes Soda Water
- Stir well to mix

Bayfront Sunset (Horizon)

Ingredients:
Gin - 45ml
Pink Guava Juice - 90ml
Lemon Juice - 20ml
Sugar Syrup - 10ml
Schweppes Soda Water. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
1x Lemon slice for garnishing 

Method:
- Mix gin, pink guava juice, sugar syrup and ice in a shaker
- Shake well
- Pour into glass, add lemon juice and top up with Schweppes Soda Water to the brim
- Garnish with lemon slice 

Schweppes Ginger Ale

Life's a Peach

Ingredients:
Whiskey - 45ml
Peach Syrup - 20ml
Lemon Juice - 5ml
Schweppes Ginger Ale. Mix with 3:1 ratio of mixer to spirit for best serve cocktail
1x Lemon slice for garnishing 

Method:
- Mix whiskey, peach syrup, lemon juice and ice in a shaker
- Shake well
- Pour into glass and top up with Schweppes Ginger Ale to the brim
- Garnish with lemon slice 

Schweppes Lemon Lime

iichiko Zest

Ingredients:
iichiko Mugi Shochu - 45ml
Schweppes Lemon Lime - 120ml
1x Lime wedge for garnishing

Method:
- Fill the highball glass with ice cubes
