Complex and completely delicious. The caramel and barley flavours of dark beer blend perfectly with the smoothness of bourbon, while vanilla liqueur brings an aromatic aftertaste to sweeten the zing of orange bitters.

1. A cocktail shaker

2. 120ml dark beer - a stout or porter

3. 25ml bourbon

4. 10ml vanilla liqueur

5. A dash of orange bitters

6. Ice

1. Add all the ingredients except the beer to a cocktail shaker. 

2. Shake well for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. 

3. Top with the dark beer and serve immediately.
