What's it like

Refreshment on the rocks! This fizzy pink party starter balances Aperol’s blissful bitterness with an aromatic blend of lemon, lime and orange flavours.

What you'll need

  1. 50ml Aperol
  2. 150ml Schweppes Pink Soda Water
  3. Orange peel twist
  4. Ice 

How to mix it

  1. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice. 
  2. Add the Aperol and top with Schweppes Pink Soda Water.
  3.  Stir gently and Twist a long peel of orange skin over the mix, then drop it in to add an extra citrus hit.
