The Schweppes Passion Fruit Highball BY VASILIS KYRITSIS
What you'll need
25ml vodka*
25ml passionfruit syrup
10ml vanilla syrup
20ml lemon juice
Schweppes Tropical Soda to top
Garnish with cherry tomato on a pick
How to mix it
Add first 4 ingredients into highball filled with ice, top with Schweppes Purple, stir gently and garnish
