Hemingway’s favourite cocktail is a crisp collision of just three ingredients: white rum, lime juice and sugar syrup. Sharp, sweet and deliciously simple.

1. A cocktail shaker

2. 60ml light rum

3. 30ml fresh lime juice

4. 20ml cane sugar syrup

5. A slice of lime

6. Ice

1. Add ice, rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine.

2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve with a slice of fresh lime.
