An absolute classic - neither sweet nor sour, and deliciously simple to make. Vodka, cranberry juice and triple sec in perfect balance, uplifted with a zesty kiss of fresh lime.

1. A cocktail shaker

2. 45ml vodka

3. 15ml Triple Sec or Cointreau

4. 15ml Fresh Lime Juice 

5. 30ml Cranberry juice

6. Orange peel

7. Ice

1. Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. 

2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of fresh orange peel.
