Spicy, refreshing and bursting with flavour, this playful twist on the classic margarita is perfect for barbecues and garden parties.

1. 30ml tequila

2. 10ml chili liqueur

3. 15ml lime juice

4. 5ml agave syrup

5. 100ml pale lager beer 

6. 10ml spicy chili salt or sea salt 

7. Lime slice

8. Ice  

1. Dust the rim of a highball glass with spicy chilli salt, then fill the glass with crushed ice. 

2. Starting with the tequila, add the rest of the ingredients. 

3. Stir gently, then serve with a slice of fresh lime.
