Lively, tart and aromatic, this tempting tequila mix blends sharp grapefruit with the fruitiness of Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Soda and a zing of fresh lime.

1. 25 ml tequila blanco

2. 150 ml Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Soda

3. 10 ml lime juice    

4. 20 ml pink grapefruit juice         

5. 1 pinch of sea salt

6. Grapefruit peel

7. Ice

1. Rim a highball with salt and fill with cubed ice.

2. Pour in the tequila, grapefruit and lime juice.

3. Add Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Soda.

4. Stir gently, then serve with a twist of grapefruit peel.
