Ingredients:
 

• 3 oz Simply® Mixology Peach Sour
• 3.5 oz Tonic Water
• 7 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
• 1 Maraschino Cherry for Garnish
• 1.5 oz Gin
• Ice

Instructions:
 

• Add the Simply® Mixology Peach Sour, cherry juice, gin, and fresh mint to a shaker with ice and shake.
• Pour into Collins glass, and top with tonic water.
• Stir gently to combine.
• Garnish with Maraschino Cherry.
